Pruning Remote Backups Fails

Im having an issue like this.

Unable to send “/backup/2016-04-08/accounts/stylenev.tar” to destination “AWS-Backups”
Unable to prune transport “AWS-Backups”
Unable to remove outdated backup: The server has stopped responding at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/514/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/Amazon/S3/Bucket.pm line 333.

After openingva supoort ticket with cPanel I was told to contact amazon... Which looks like it has little to do with the issue.

Has anybody found the way to solve this?

Have you checked to see if any of the firewall rules on your system could be blocking the connection to Amazon?
