PTR & DKIM Issues - Randomly getting errors in cPanel

Hi, for my site when I check the Email Deliverability section I get two errors

The PTR section often shows this:

`The system failed to complete validation of “my_domain.com”’s “PTR” because of an error: (XID s3qrg9) DNS query (***.**.222.67.in-addr.arpa/PTR) timeout!`

Searching for the error code produces no search results

As well this error comes up randomly:

`The system detected 1 domain whose DKIM signatures were inactive despite valid DKIM configuration. The system has automatically enabled DKIM signatures for the following domain: “my_domain.com”`


Not sure how to go about resolving this.

Both of these are issues that would need to be addressed by the hosting provider. You wouldn't have access to modify the PTR and whatever is occurring with the DKIM signing intermittently you wouldn't have the necessary access to troubleshoot unfortunately.
