    Hello,

    http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=mydomain.com
    dnsreport.com say this :

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx PTR record: mail.mydomain.com. [TTL 3600s] [A=None] *ERROR* A record does not point back to original IP. RFC1912 2.1 disallows CNAMEs.

I am a reseller. Not server admin . What i must enter to "Edit DNS Zone" for chechk this problem.

    Go on, have a guess
It's likely that the NOC where the server is located has to setup the PTR record unless they have delegated authority for it to the server owner (which is not common). Either way, you'd need to speak to your web hosting provider.
