public_html chmod is 750, how to change it?

    hi, i create accounts in WHM.
    but i saw this accounts in FTP, public_html chmod is 750, nobody can access this accounts with HTTP://
    but how to change WHM automent chmod public_html 755 in creating accounts?:)

    try chmodding public_html in /root/cpanel3-skel and/or /home/<reseller name>/cpanel3-skel
