purchasing a SSL cert

One of my clients want their own SSL certificate.

I tried to purchase a cert through whm.

It generated a Key and a CSR. But, at the top of the page it said

cp: cannot stat `/usr/share/ssl/private/sweetsunnah.com.key': No such file or directory

I received eMails with the Key and CSR, but whm didn't give me any options to proceed (like in the manual).

I know they want a SSL thware cert.

Any help would be appreciated.
