    Dear support,

recently I have installed CSF on my new Linux dedicated server. I have WHM and use pure-ftp as my ftp server.
    I opened in TCP_IN port range 30000:50000
I opened the same range i conf file of pure-ftpd
With Filezilla I can not even connect I get : directory listing failed
With Core FTP i connect and get the listing but can not upload, delete or make files or directories
With internet explorer I also connect and get the listing but same like Core ftp
From command line I also can connect, get the listing but changes can be done??
I have set the ip_conntrack_ftp also.
What could be the reason of it??

    Thank You for helping.

    Solution

The problem was in my ISA server.
On the FTP upblishing rule I needed to deactivate FTP Access Filter on Protocols TAB-FTP -EDIT-Paramters

Default FTP port is 21. Make sure it is not blocked in your system firewall. You can also try to do FTP from different location or machine if possible. Also, check if your local system IP address of your local machine is not blocked in CSF (WHM -> CSF -> Firewall Deny IPs.
