I'm having a serious issue with addon domains currently. When someone adds a addon domain they can't login under it. They're trying to login correctly because I've tried myself: id@domain.com, ect. Anyone know why this has happened and have and suggestions on how I can fix it? I'm using Pure-FTPd atm, but it was happening with ProFTPd before and that's why I changed.

I am also having this problem, the login will work if your logged into to the server via ssh and ftp to localhost, however it won't work if you ftp using their domain as the address.

Very odd, but I'm having customers complain.

Try reinstalling the RPM package, and restarting the server. Switch to proftpd if you are not already using it.
