pureftpd - 530 Login authentication failed

Hello,
In all accounts except 2-3 it appears when try to login via ftp,this:
530 Login authentication failed
I also change to proftpd but the same.
I try to Synchronize FTP Passwords but nothing.

Any ideas?

Also when i try to restart,this error appear:

Stopping pure-config.pl: cat: /var/run/pure-ftpd.pid: No such file or directory
kill: usage: kill [-s sigspec | -n signum | -sigspec] [pid | job]... or kill -l [sigspec]

Try this as root:

/scripts/ftpup --force

This should reinstall ftp server.
