I just got a brand new dedicated server at Nocster. I switched from Proftpd to Pureftpd in WHM.
Next I created a package called Basic, and atempted to creat a test account. I received a couple of errors. Notice that is says "cp: missing destination file" and "Died at /scripts/initbyteslog line 50."

Well, I got the following reply from cpanel. I haven't tested it with a working domain, so I dont know if its true, but it could very well be:

"I believe everybody gets those errors, nothing to worry about .. I'll make sure the developers are aware of it but it doesn't hinder anything or cause any errors."

Running PureFTP on two servers and using WHM 7.4.0 Cpanel 7.4.0-S12 RedHat 8.0 on one, and WHM 7.4.0 Cpanel 7.4.0-S12 RedHat 7.3 on the other. Have setup new accounts, and have had no problems. I believe the errors are insignificant, and can be safely ignored.
