Query for "View support tickets" and "View Billing Information"

Hi.

I'm new in the forum.

I have a reseller plan contracted with a hosting provider from my country (Argentina) which I manage with WHM.

I have other separate and individual plans (outside of my reseller plan) for some clients who need a hosting with more resources. My problem is that I cannot manage these plans through WHM, and due to this I have the inconvenience that if one of these clients clicks on "User preferences" and selects the option "View support tickets" or "View Billing Information", You are redirected to my client area where you can see all my contracted services and my support tickets. Obviously I don't want this.

I have contacted my hosting provider and it tells me that it is not possible to deactivate these options, which can only be managed from whm in the reseller plans, not from individual plans as in this case.

I have the doubt that my provider is being sincere, so my question is if it is possible to deactivate these options and how could I do it.
