Ok, so on my old dedicated server, the backups I made were saved to a NAS share on the network and also ftp'd off to a remote FTP storage site.

My new server doesn't have a NAS drive, but it does have a secondary harddrive for backups

So I set up the WHM backup area the same as the old server, remembering to set the "Destination" to "/backup"

Now, the system is ftp'ing the backup to the off site ftp area ok, but it's not saving the actuall backup files to the /backup drive on my machine

    Am I ...overlooking something? heh

When you enable remote backups, you are disabling local backups. The two are mutually exclusive.

    Thanks David

Question for ya, if I may
I'm running into problems since moving to this new server, namely with backups not completing
My main account's backup file is about 2.2gb in size and about 75% of the time, it'll start uploading to the FTP server, get to about 500-800mb, the it seems to stop
The backup program then seems to quit, and the other accounts don't get backed up
Is there a log file where such a failure is recorded?
