Is there anyway to remove these locations from domains other than the hostname of the server. For instance let's say I have 3 domains set up on the server, example.com, example.org, and the hostname, server.example.com. Is there anyway to make it so that whm and cpanel are only accessible from server.example.com/whm(or /cpanel)? Thanks.

    Hello,

After reviewing your question I am glad to say that yes we can do this. However, this is a customization of your httpd.conf. So in order to do this you would have to edit that file. This file will need to be distilled after you edit it so that the changes will stay in effect. I have included some instructions on how to do this.

First edit httpd.conf, you would remove any lines that you would like to stop forwarding to /cpanel and /whm.

    Second:
    run /usr/local/cpanel/bin/apache_conf_distiller --update --main
*this is to distill the file

    Third:
    Restart Apache:
    service httpd restart

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you,
    Matthew Curry
