    Hello,

my server has 2 IPs. Now, all accounts run in the primary IP only. But I'm having a problem with one customer sending lots of email messages and I'm afraid to have problems with RBLs.

My question is: if I set this account to the second IP, the delivery to external servers will be made by the primary IP or it will use the account's IP to connect?

If the default is always send using the first IP, there is any way to force use the second IP for one account?

    Thank you.

The main IP is responsible for sending out emails. Check if your IPs are blacklisted and check if you have setup DNS and sendmail correctly.

Yes, everything is correct and IPs are not currently blacklisted.

Any way to configure cPanel to send emails using the account's IP?

    Hi @Rogerio

You actually have a couple of options both of which can be modified from WHM>>Service Configuration>>Exim Configuration Manager

    1. Dedicate the IP to the account and enable "Send mail from account's dedicated IP address"
    2. Enable Reference /etc/mailips for outgoing SMTP connections (this way you don't have to dedicate the IP to the account)
For this you'd modify /etc/mailips as indicated in the documentation here How to Configure the Exim Outgoing IP Address - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

I would have it set up as follows:
    Code:
    *: <MainIP>
    domain.tld: <SecondaryIP>
