    Hi,

I currently rent a server (with cPanel) but now I'm going to change to a new server. My question is: When you transfer an account, will all user files, databases etc. be transfered too? If not, what is the ebst way to transfer this?

    Thanks in advance

The account transfer features should transfer everything of relevance to an account.

That includes the entirety of /home/user, all databases and all other settings such as parked/addon domains.

Yes, as webignition has replied that the cPanel to cPanel transfer will create the exact copy of the account on the new server with all the same configurations. Before transfer you should check both servers to make sure that the softwares running on both servers are of same versions like MySQL and nowadays mailserver becuase nowadays the new cPanel setups are supporting Maildir rather than Mbox.
