Question about Cpanel

I am sorry if this is the wrong place but I wanted to private message a admin but the memberlist doesn't say who is a admin.

Ok my question is can cpanel support all of these features? These are the features that are offered at a place I may get a dedicated server from.

Most of them are comming with Cpanel( even more on back end scripts and features)

means you just need a fresh install of redhat.
currently I think 7.3 is the newest support for Cpanel, 8 is not completely supported yet.

Am I to understand that there is a version of CPanel in the works that will offer majordomo over Mailman? PLEASE tell me this will happen!
