    Hi,
    I'm setting up my own web and mail server, so I'll be able host web sites... The question is: how can I set the DNS's so my domain points to my server IP?

    Thank you.

    Dear fountaintechies,

    You can set the ip of your server to your domain as an address.
    The DNS look like this:

    domainname.com IN SOA ns1.nameserver.
    mail@address
    {
    serial: 2003103002
    refresh: 28800
    retry: 7200
    expire: 3600000
    minimum ttl: 86400
    }
    domainname.com. IN NS ns1.nameserver
    domainname.com. IN NS ns2.nameserver
    domainname.com. IN A serverIpaddress

    .(Dot)is a must after the domainname.

    Regards,
