I use backup tool of cpanel to generate one zip file of my site. The zip file is over 800MB. Now i want to download it to my local computer. I use ssh to download it. I tried two times. One time i download 200MB with 10 hours, then i have to turn off computer since i should go home. The other time ssh is somehow cancelled after 10% done. Any idea about how to download such big file from server? Many thanks in advance!
Use a more suitable protocol, such as FTP - it'll only ever be as stable as your connection to the server. Not sure what this has to do with cPanel, though.
