We have one hosted account on our server. We just host his email server. He used another server as his web server. We found he could not login our server's cpanel to manage his email accounts. How could we do to let him login cpanel to manage his email accounts? Many thanks in advance!

Give him the username and password you assigned to him. Whether his website is on your server or not, whether his email is on your server or not makes no difference whatsoever. All that matters is that he's trying to access the correct server with the correct credentials.

His website is consultnj.com. He could not open consultnj.com/cpanel, it is said "The page cannot be found". Is cpanel combined with website?

We are not stopped by the mountains in our path, but by the small rocks in our shoes. :)
