I got the below email. Any idea about this?

So do you mean the server of ramagardenshotel.com is on SPAM block list?

Go on, have a guess
You'll have to ask the server admin for the server you're trying to send to. There's nothing you can do from your end since they're using some obscure anti-spam solution.

I am just worried about that our server is on any SPAM block list before. But it seems that there is nothing wrong with my server, right?

there must be a reason for them blocking you, if you are concerned check all the common spam lists like sorbs(sorbs likes to block everyone even when there is no foul play so you can bet your ass you'll be in their dnsbl if you server is vunerable) and spamcop etc.

as chirpy said the best thing to do would be to contact the admin the other end and try and find out why.

blocked ip

It appears you are sending from a ppp home ISP connection.

You will need the help of your ISP to have the reverse DNS listing for your IP address changed if you have a static IP address. If you do not have a static IP address with your ISP connection get one and have the rDNS entry set properly.

This will greatly help with many mail servers rejecting your mail.
