Question about reseller space/bandwidth..

Hello,

I was wondering, when you create an account with lets say 200MB space and 10GB bandwidth and then give it reseller privileges and set the reseller limits to 2000MB space and 20GB bandwidth. Does this mean the user now has 200MB + 2000MB = 2200MB and 10GB + 20GB = 30GB bandwidth? Or does it work so that the 200MB space and 10GB bandwidth is for their site only and the 2000MB space and 20GB bandwidth can only be used for their resold accounts?
