    Hi,

In the last couple of days I have had messages relayed to me from programmers of clients who are hosting with me that my server is "porous" and that they can hack into all the accounts on the server.

    Is this true?

What does "porous" mean in Internet lingo?

    po·rous ( P ) Pronunciation Key (pôrs, pr-)
    adj.
    1. Full of or having pores.
    2. Admitting the passage of gas or liquid through pores or interstices.
    3. Easily crossed or penetrated.

I haven't much knowledge about security myself, but from reading posts in here and other boards until chroot is fully implemented a knowledgable user with an account on the machine can do quite a bit.

If you look at the change logs it looks like they are working on it.

    Hi,

This is probably a stupid question but how do you find those logs?

    Is this in whm?
