Heya folks!
I've run into a little problem and after 2 days im still like where i started out.
I've set up a a new Monitoring Machine to Monitor our services in our external Datacenter.
The only slightly thing I've changed was the Subnetmask to the right one ( yeah other services are still running with a wrong /24 subnetmask but are still working like expected ... don't ask me why im trying to figure it out). At the start i was able to ping and even to get the monitoring data from our cPanel host from the specific port.
But after i needet to restart the cPanel the connection is not working anymore from the new monitoring infrastructure. Pinging from cPanel to the Monitoring machine just works like expected. And hell yea I have watched a ton of logs from our Firewalls between the connection.
So my question is could it be the wrong subnetmask on cPanel side and how can i change this?
Thanks in advance!
