Question About Themes In Cpanel Version 11

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here is having the same issue as I am with Cpanel version 11. The ability to change our theme in Cpanel used to be there months back but no longer is. My host said she has the ability to change the themes in her Cpanel but it seems none of the customers have that option in their own Cpanel. What would be causing this? Did they take that option out when they released Cpanel Version 11? And if so, does anyone know if it will be coming back? Thanks so much in advance.

Just to make sure that the info is out there is someone is searching:

Resellers can change their theme from within their cPanel interface.

Domain owners cannot change their theme. They can change their style (if allowed).

This is because resellers and server owners will brand or customize specific themes / styles and wouldn't want their customers to change to a different theme / style and waste their advertising / hard work.

So by "if allowed" you mean that the host can disable the option to let the domain owner change the style of their Cpanel to like BlueLagoon and anything? I thought perhaps my Cpanel was messed up because my whole preference block is gone out of my Cpanel, but what you're actually saying is the host can indeed disable it to where the customer doesn't even have access to it? Thanks in advance.

In WHM, under Feature manager, option is called Change Look and Feel.

If this is enabled, all users can change the look of the cPanel interface. cPanel calls it style, but others might call it themes. Bluelagoon is not one of them. There are 6 all news styles to choose from.

Might want to have a closer look at all your settings and get to know cPanel11 a bit. Lots of great new changes. ;)

I don't have the WHM, I have the Cpanel, my Host has the WHM. Believe me, I have searched high and low for the "Themes, Style, Look And Feel" whichever anyone chooses to call it and that is not in my Cpanel at all. I can send you a screenshot if you like and show you, just let me know. Basically what I'm wating to know is, is my Cpanel messed up or has that feature been disabled? I think it's absolutely crazy that we would have to run to our host everytime we wanted to change our look and feel of our Cpanel, why not let us do that ourselves?

You have that capability, unless the WHM Admin disabled it. If you do not have the "Change Style" icon in your cPanel interface, and you are using the X3 theme, then your WHM Admin disabled this capability. You would need to address the "whys" of this decision to your web host provider.
