Question mark character shown on the website

    Hello,I am facing the following problem:I have uploaded my site and I have created my database, all with UTF-8 character set. I am using Greek language which unfortunately is printed on the screen as a stream of ?. You can see what I am saying on: /http://67.210.103.181/~ioka/index.php can I resolve the above problem?Thanks in advance

    I am able to access the site without any problem. Please check the images below (i don't greek so can't say about content but i am unable to see any Question Marks)

    I am likewise able to see the site without any ? on it. Have you set the correct language choice on your browser? If your browser has something like English selected and your system isn't properly interpreting the content, then that might occur. I'm on Mac OS X Leopard using Firefox 3.6.22 and it is showing up perfectly fine in Greek characters for me.
