    I dont have access to CPANEL main config file but i would like to know does cpanel has a default page that awill setup when the user account is setup. If my question is yes, tell me how it should be setup or what should i ask my provider.

    What confiq. page are you trying to use?

    Statistics Software Configuration?
    If so, this is only a page to show what statistcs softwares you have used and for what domain/subdomain .. there is nothing you need to do there, but it kinda confusing because it shows X icon instead of ok icon :)

    Thanks for your responce. But No! I'm asking do you know how i can configure WHM when create account it will have default Index page showing all the time.

    Yup. It's called a 'skeleton directory' . Anything that's put in there will be copied to each new account by default.

    The documentation covers how/where to make changes to that, based on the settings you've configured for your server.
