I want to ask is

what i need to do when i buy a server and want to setup redhat7.2

what i need to install?

like mysql and httpd and named which software i need to pre install on my server before i buy cpanel license and install cpanel!

i want to setup my first server and use cpanel+whm

You don't need to preinstall any particular service....
as far as what you need in place before you start the install, would be a RedHat clean system install with compilers/development tools included.

That's basically the bare minimum.... the cpanel install for RH 7.2 will take care of the rest.

As far as whom to get your license from, that's completely up to you. The list is available here:
