Any tips on hiding disabled features? For example.

"Submit A Support Request" We have disabled this feature in WHM. However this option is still visible in Cpanel, so clients can still click on it, then they see that the feature has been disabled. This sends the wrong message to the client. If the option isn't visible it cannot be misinterpreted.

How did you disabled it? Please make sure you have followed correct steps. WHM -> Feature Manager -> Select "Default" -> Edit -> Uncheck the feature from list -> Save.

The Default feature list only affects users who do not have a feature list assigned to them.

One would edit the Disabled feature list to disable the feature for all users.

Actually what you just said is incorrect.

The user would want to edit the "Disabled" list instead of the "Default" list.

If you remove the feature from "Default", the feature will only be removed
for those users which don't explicitly have another feature list assigned
to their hosting package.

When you disable the feature in the "Disabled" feature list, it is removed
from the system entirely for all users irregardless of hosting package or
feature list assigned to that package and hides the option from Cpanel.
