    Hi.

Can someone clarify this for me. If the backup is set to remote FTP, only accounts get backed up. What about MySQL? Does the MySQL database also get backed up if it's set to remote FTP?

Also, in regards to MySQL backup, what does the whole MySQL database directory mean? Does it backup everything (all accounts included) into one MySQL backup file? And I assume, as per the previous question, that this is not possible if remote ftp is used?

    Thanks

After the backup has run to your off server FTP, if you extract one of the accounts you should find all the MySQL databases for that one account, located here:

    \monthly\username\username\mysql\

When you backup locally, mysql is backed up in the account and separately if you enable the option.

Mysql is still backed up in the remote ftp backups, but in each username only, not as a separate mysql directory backup.
