Questions about cPanel backup

Hi, one VM has problems with filesystem and I can't start now but I mount this VM in one partition and I get all files in VM...

My question: Is it possible to make backup of any account ?
Remember: The server is off so I can't use /scripts/pkgacct ou /scripts/cpbackup, thank you!
