Questions about Reinstalling whm/cpanel

Hey guys,

Just need some quick help..

I have WHM/CPanel installed via our server provider, for some reason it doesnt wanna upgrade properly, hangs on 20% and keeps trying to download same group of packages wont go any further.. Saying that the packages arnt installed after its wget from ftp

So what im asking is..

What do i need to reinstall CPanel from scratch again..
Im using redhat9..

Any comments would be greatly appriciated

i suggest; backup all needed files; go for an OS or rather a format and OS install.
