queue messages not delivered

    I have a problem with queue manager, email remain in queue and not delivered form exim, this is log of specific message

    Hello :)

    Do you have your "root" email forwarded to an external mail server? You can check this via:

    "WHM Home » Server Contacts » Edit System Mail Preferences"

    If so, have you tried sending an email from a test account on your server to this remote mail server? Check to make sure there are no connection issues between the two servers because it looks like there are some "Connection Timeout" errors.

    yesterday i removed all messages in queue but today I have now 40 email in queue and exim not send these

    in Edit System Mail Preferences, and nobody's mail I was "root" and now I added my tech email address.

    I tested with another my vps, for the smtp not problem but the problem is that server not receive messages from my other vps, otherwise with gmail account, for example it work, and in log of exim not appears errors or others alert... nothing

    I have opened support ticket 4307099

    in ticket support symptom is that the firewall of vps recipient block sender vps but I don't know how to check the conflict in firewall, I checked the ip in iptables but not is blocked

    Per the ticket, the emails were delivered successfully when your firewall rules were disabled. Have you tried adding the remote mail server's IP address to the allowed list in your firewall rules?
