Browse to:

"WHM Home » Email » Mail Queue Manager"

Search for the message, and click on it from the list of all messages in the queue. Do you notice any error message when attempting to deliver the message from the queue?

There is no email in queue, getting issue only for this incoming domain "example.com" emails
What is the issue, exactly, can you be more specific? From your output:
