Remove or move the lock file at /var/cpanel/taskqueue/ location, then restart queueprocd at that point:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/libexec/queueprocd
If that doesn't work, please provide the contents of the /var/cpanel/taskqueue folder using ls -lah

Please provide the output from running this command:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/libexec/queueprocd
That prior user's lock file was indicated by the error message "Unable to create the lockfile" and if you aren't receiving the same error message, the issue isn't being caused by the same reason. As such, we need to know the exact error message to troubleshoot the issue.

If you do not receive an error message on running the above noted command, please check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when trying to restart queueprocd with the command I provided and provide any errors output into that file.
