Hey there! You can't hurt anything by restarting that process with /scripts/restartsrv_queueprocd so there's no issue in trying that.
Normally that process runs in the background and isn't known for using much CPU. If this behavior is consistently happening it might be best to open a ticket with us to we can investigate the issue directly on the machine and get you more details.

A graceful reboot doesn't hurt every now and then.
