Quota Breaches With Miniscule Accounts

It seems that when a user is below 20 megs (maybe 30), they are allowed to breach their quota initially ONCE and then any additional attempts are met with failure. However, their controlpanel shows the decimal point in the wrong place so they don\'t think they are over...
For instance somebody might have a quota of 10 megs, and they have uploaded 17 megs and are stuck.. but on our machines THEIR cpanel sez \"1.7 megs used\".. Yes we\'ve re-edited THEIR quota, and re-initialized the quotas on the entire box, etc.

If what your describing is true then this would be a bug at the kernel level. Please upgrade to 2.4.8
