Hello, I have a customer who upgraded a user he has to another plan. All features changed, but quotas no. I have tried /scripts/fixquota in order to reset quotas but nothing. No matter what I do, quota is still the same, and it can't be changed.

    Please Help!

    Thanks

I've got the same problem right now. Here are my details:

    1. If I change a 100MB quota to 50MB (for example), WHM still shows 100MB no matter what.
    2. If I run /scripts/fixquotas, the script report that follows shows 50MB!
    3. If I go back to WHM, it still says 100MB.
    4. If I type "quota <user>" it still shows 100MB.
    5. I don't get any errors anywhere that I can find.

Don't know enough about the mechanics of the quota program or fix scripts or WHM to know what file isn't be read/written properly.
