For some reason I cannot get quotas to enable properly on our new servers. They were working fine until CPanel did all of its newest updates and now we keep getting this on 6 servers. We are using CentOS 4.2 with 2.6.9-22.0.1.ELsmp for the current kernel.

    Installing Default Quota Databases...../aquota.user..../quota.user..../boot/aquota.user..../boot/quota.user..../cpbackup/aquota.user..../cpbackup/quota.user..../home/aquota.user..../home/quota.user..../usr/aquota.user..../usr/quota.user..../var/aquota.user..../var/quota.user..../var/mysql/aquota.user..../var/mysql/quota.user.....Done
    Quotas are now on
    / (remove)
    /home1 (remove)
    mount: can't find /home1 in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
    /usr1 (remove)
    mount: can't find /usr1 in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
    /var1 (remove)
    mount: can't find /var1 in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
    /var/mysql1 (remove)
    mount: can't find /var/mysql1 in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
    Updating Quota Files......
quotacheck: Scanning /dev/sda6 [/] quotacheck: Old group file not found. Usage will not be substracted.
    done
quotacheck: Checked 1015 directories and 7932 files

Note: call resetquota with --useplanquotas to reset all quotas to plan defaults

The fstab looks like this, it removes the usrquota after defaults on the mount points whenever I run fixquotas.
