I have an account that is not reporting the correct number in WHM under accounst over quota. IT says it's using 382 MBs when du -sh /home/login shows 329 MB. It seems to be correct with other accounts. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks for the reminder about /scripts/fixquotas. I came here looking for help because of a similar problem. User has 25mb allocation, and it was showing 24.9mb of usage. But running du on his home directory only showed about half that. After running fixquotas, now WHM agrees with the du.

    Thanks again!

I've run /scripts/fixquotas a few times but it's still showing 384 MBs in WHM when the account is using 332 MBs according to du -sh /home/login. Any ideas how else to fix this?
