Quota Problem

Hi all,
I have one domain showing 51.5mb used in both cpanel and whm however there is no way they are using that much. I have tried everything I can find and nothing worked.

System info:
RH 7.3
Cpanel 5.0.0-S122


I ran fixquotas

du -hs shows only 1.7m

I tried sbin/quotacheck -av

I also tried the turn off quotas turn back on thing.

ls -ld * | grep &username& shows only their directory

Ran repquota -av and found more files in /var
username size = 50548 but do not know how track down
the file(s) or what is causing this to begin with anyway.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind I fixed it.

domain size error

How did you fix it? i am having the same problem. There is a domain that cPanel is saying is Space used = 2.2 Gb, but the domain files added up are no where near that. More like 7Mb.

Please check for files that are wrongly owned by the same user.
