    Go on, have a guess
There's no point in putting fixquotas into cron as that has nothing to do with the mail quotas at all, that's only for disk quotas. Mailbox quotas are controlled through exim and the setting within the account. It's entirely possible that exim is trying to deliver an email to an account where that email would cause it to go overquota (e.g. if it has some silly huge attachment).

The "inbox" may be empty, but have you checked to see if they have a bunch of stuff saved in another folder, e.g. sent. If your user uses webmail access, this may happen.

I've also had it for delivery of a huge message as Chirpy noted.

I started having this exact same issue a few days ago and it is still happening.
MailBox useage shows 17mb of 20mb used.
I go to webmail and only folder with email in it is the INBOX.
    Total mail size is 312k.
Not sure what is going on.

    NEVER MIND - NEVER MIND
I forgot that I had put things into the webmail trash to clear out space and forgot to dump it.
Its ok, Im all good... Im not dumb, honest.
