sure. Took 5 hours, maximising cpu and didnt set any quotas. Problem is not with quota db files but set quota mechanism of cpanel not working due to bad perl instal.

I've upgraded to perl 5.8.7 however this didnt fixed problem. /scripts/perlinstaller Version went ok, but problem remains.

    PHP:
    root@sv5 [~]# /scripts/./editquota
    Can't locate version.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl . /scripts) at /scripts/cPScript/cPQuota.pm line 11.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /scripts/cPScript/cPQuota.pm line 11.
Compilation failed in require at /scripts/./editquota line 8.

    Go on, have a guess
    Have you tried a simple:

    /scripts/upcp --force

Apart from that, have you checked with your VPS provider as quota issues are mostly under their control.
