quota.user was probably truncated

If I run /scripts/fixeverything I'll rceive this error message:

Disk1: quotacheck: Old group file not found. Usage will not be substracted.
Disk2: quotacheck: WARNING - Quotafile //quota.user was probably truncated. Can't save quota settings...


What does this mean, anything I should worry about?
