quotas - are they working?

In redhat enterprise linux does anyone have quotas working? I have kernel quota support on but my quotas all show unlimited meg on this new server

/scripts/fixquotas didn't work either

any suggestions?

seems like they just released a fix- much thanks to the cpanel support - very fast reply on support ticket :)
