Situation being, we had our hard drive fail the backup restore really didnt go to plan whatsoever...

Managed to restore pretty much everything but people have unlimited quotas! :( and it says they havent used any of their quota when they obviously have. Im hoping this is just a text info file or something, ive tried running

/scripts/fixquota

But that didnt work, it still says Unlimited MB and 0MB used, has anyone got any ideas? even let me know where the info is stored so I can try and rescue it off the old disk.

Cheers
Carl.

make sure everyone is set to a package. Try this ..go through and pick a domain, any domain. Hit upgrade/downgrade and just upgrade them to the same plan. See if that works for that account. If it does I have found that going in a modifying a package (but not really) just hit the save button. WHM will run through all the domains on that package and it should reset everything. Just repeat the process for each package.

After resetting the package, running /scripts/fixquotas could help if it still does not work.

how weird, I upgraded an account to the same account it had e.t.c , when running /scripts/fixquotas worked a treat, pretty much all there now... how cool :)

Cheers guys, big weight off my shoulders... had visions of everyone killing the server with disk space overuse.
