Hello,
if i try to add a addon-,sub- or park domain, i get this error:

Code: 
Park Domain: Ran adminbin Cpanel/hooks/park::park
Subdomain:  Ran adminbin Cpanel/hooks/subdomain::addsubdomain
Addon: Ran adminbin Cpanel/hooks/addondomain::addaddondomain
i have no found a solution for this..

My version is: WHM 11.38.1 (build 15)

Is there a solution for this?

Hello :)

Please check the following directory to see if you have any custom hooks enabled:

Code: 
/usr/local/cpanel/hooks
It's possible a third-party application has implemented custom hooks that are causing this issue.
