On a few of our servers, we have clients with custom nameservers. For some reason, every once in a while their NS records change back to the default nameserver records, and I can't seem to figure out why. The clients suddenly have problems getting to their sites, and of course I check DNSReport, see that the nameservers are different at the parent servers, and edit their DNS zone to match what's at the parent servers.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this occurs? I have a feeling this is some sort of cPanel bug, related to copying users or restoring users from backup that have custom nameservers set up.
