I'm not sure how long this rating feature is available but I very much welcome it :) Though I would love to see a better placement of System Administration Services Listings because right now if somebody visits the forum or the docs or the resources it's a bit difficult to see that hey...if I want to I can pay and get my issues resolved quickly. I don't even see it shown at the Useful Links section on the right or at the bottom/top of the page etc... Might be good to think about this @cPanelLauren :)

@andrew.n I just implemented it recently though, I'm still making changes. There'll be new ones coming in the next few days as well.

I don't know if useful links is the correct place for it but I am looking for more visibility for the Resources as a whole with the community-based tutorials (i.e., you can write your own now and have them showcased) as well as the system administration listings. I'll keep the Helpful Links section in mind as I make these changes though, I appreciate the feedback!

Also I had a few clients who found me here but they couldn't leave a rating as they didn't have a forum account. I know it's hard to make it the way to allow unregistered users leave a rating but it would be also nice if it would be possible without asking them to register. Maybe with a captcha and some personal information like name and email address....

Hello,

You can leave a review/rating by clicking the Leave Rating button on the top right-hand side of the listing
Hello,

There is no button and I am logged into the forum. It's maybe related to forum status. I am not new member but i do have 1 post which i posted to see if that will unlock leave review button... I will check out the cPanel admin page from time to time to see if button will be visible and enabled on my side.

I can't allow unregistered users to leave a rating, in fact, right now I have it limited to folks that have been added to the "members" user group. This happens automatically when you have had at least 5 approved posts in the forums.

At this juncture, I'm not sold on allowing this feature to users outside or without some reputation on the forums due to the amount of abuse and spam I've encountered. The overhead on it is pretty high with the review system since I can't remove spam reviews and I can't force them to be moderated. I want it to remain for all users. There is an upgrade available for that area that I need to look at further and test and it may allow me to be able to lessen restrictions.

@Ivanko# I've looked into your user specifically and I can see that you've been a member of the forums since 2014 and I've added you to the members group manually. You should be able to leave a review now.
