but all thos links for sub-domains fail - "page not found".

Hi , I just registered because I found an old post here with the same problem. Glad to see i'm not the only one currently with this problem. Everytime I try to access the logs , it just won't go through.

Same here...

Hi all,

We're having the same problem, spread over 7 servers (including out test machine). Has anyone opened a ticket with cPanel about this? Although we've only had 1 complaint about this so far, we'd prefer to get the problem resolved.

Also, does anyone else have a problem with logs being rotated with the previous month in the filename? i.e. the logs are for December 2006 but the filename is Nov2006? It's plagued us for quite a while, and a fix we found enver resolved it. Running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S38 (we rarely update because it's too risky)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Andy

Using Mozilla firefox 2.x I was able to open some ftp raw using
WHM (with ie it was impossible to open them) , only using WHM.

another problem is that the ftp log records only current day activity (!) while my clients
needs to know all month activity .
With cpanel I still cannot open ftp raw log , also using mozilla.

Incredible that this problem has not found a solution since 2005 (I have found a post regarding this problem on may 2005!!) .

Bye
