Raw log download not working in whm

hi,
raw log downloads are not working any one with notes how to fix it, i urgently need some log files for a a/c.

Raw Apache Log Download ---> gives 404 error in whm
Raw Ftp Log Download ---> gives 404 error in whm

Iam running
WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C78
RedHat Enterprise 4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I think you need to turn it on first... there is an option i neach users cpanel to archive logs.
